I also supervised three research students pursuing their Master of Digital Communication degree at QUT in 2022 and 2023, providing guidance and mentorship as they pursued their academic goals.

I held diverse responsibilities including managing research teams, developing research project proposals, conducting qualitative research methods such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, participant observation, surveys, and digital ethnography, analysing data, and preparing comprehensive research reports.
In one of my roles as a research analyst, I collaborated with the sports brand Umbro on the "Diamond" project, which involved co-creating an indoor soccer boot with 75 amateur soccer players from all over Brazil. You can watch the promotional video for the Diamond Project by clicking here.
As a project manager, I worked with clients such as UniRitter (University), Orquidea (Food company), and Rossi Residencial (Construction company), overseeing the successful completion of research projects for these organisations.

''I first contacted Gabriela when Priscilla (my business partner and her professor at the university) was supervising Gabriela’s Bachelor thesis. Priscilla kept saying that we needed that talent in our company, so I called Gabriela for an interview and I instantly felt her genuine will to learn. I proposed that she work on a pilot project, where she had to build an online platform and encourage soccer fans to participate in a co-creation project to develop a soccer boot with the brand Umbro. Gabriela had never worked as a marketing researcher before, but it was a challenge that she fully embraced: she started to learn about social media, soccer fans and even about software development. As a result of her hard work and dedication, Umbro Brazil won a prize for the best soccer boots of 2015.
